It was founded in 1999 as the Bilim Humanitarian College, where specialists were trained in the following specialties: Lawyer, Economics, Accounting and Auditing, Primary Education and Paramedic.
In 2004, at the Bilim Humanitarian College, additional pedagogical specialties were opened: General Primary Education, Teacher of Informatics of Primary Education, Mathematics, and Kazakh Language and Literature.
Since 2006, the Bilim Humanitarian College has been renamed the Bilim Pedagogical College, where training in pedagogical specialties was mainly conducted. In 2010, the Bilim Pedagogical College was renamed the Bilim Humanitarian and Technical College, where additional technical specialties were also opened.
Since its foundation, every five years, the college has successfully passed state certification, as a result of which the college’s work and the quality of students’ education comply with modern requirements.
